Short version: don't be a jerk, don't post anything illegal or defamatory, and understand nothing here is for sale yet. Here's the long version.
By using toohotfor.com ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We may update these terms as the site grows — see "changes" below.
too hot for corporate is a pre-launch movement site. Right now that means: a manifesto, a waitlist for pending apparel drops, and a page for anonymous story submissions ("the record"). Nothing is currently for sale. Prices and drop dates shown on product pages are estimates, not offers, and are subject to change before anything actually ships.
Joining a waitlist doesn't guarantee you'll be able to purchase anything, at any price, when a drop goes live. We'll email you when we have something real to say. You can unsubscribe at any time.
The record is a public page of anonymous, user-submitted stories. If you submit a moment:
Don't use this site to: break the law, harass or defame a specific person, upload malware or spam the forms, scrape or republish the record at scale without permission, or impersonate too hot for corporate or anyone else.
The too hot for corporate name, logo, wordmark, and original site content belong to us. The stories on the record belong to the people who wrote them, subject to the license they grant us above. Don't reproduce our brand assets commercially without asking.
This site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any product shown will ever actually ship. Stories on the record are personal accounts from anonymous submitters — we review them for the concerns listed above, but we don't independently verify every detail, and they represent the submitter's account, not a claim we're making ourselves.
To the fullest extent the law allows, too hot for corporate isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the site and the product line grow — especially once anything is actually for sale, which will come with its own purchase terms (returns, shipping, payment). We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
