Short version: we collect your email so we can tell you when the drops are real. That's it. Here's the long version.
too hot for corporate ("we," "us") runs this site at toohotfor.com. This policy covers what we collect through it, why, and what say you have over it. Questions go to hello@toohotfor.com.
Your email address, and only if you give it to us — through the movement-wide waitlist or a product-specific waitlist form. If you sign up for a specific drop, we also note which one, so we know what to email you about.
If you submit a story on the record, we collect whatever you type into that form: your moment, your initials, and any optional context you choose to add (job title, company, age). We don't collect your name or email through that form — there's nothing in it that could trace a submission back to you.
We don't ask for your name, phone number, address, or payment details anywhere on this site, because nothing is for sale yet.
Waitlist emails: to email you when a drop goes live, when the waitlist opens for early access, or with occasional movement updates. Nothing else — no third-party marketing, no "partners you might like," no resale of any kind.
Record submissions: we review every submission before anything is published. If we publish yours, it appears on the record page exactly as you wrote it, showing only the initials and optional details you chose to include.
Two vendors process data on our behalf, strictly to run the site:
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, for any reason.
This site doesn't run analytics or advertising trackers, and it doesn't set its own cookies. If that changes — say, we add analytics to see which drop people actually want — we'll update this page.
We keep your email until a drop ships and you've either bought in or told us to stop, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe option. You can also just email hello@toohotfor.com and ask us to remove your information — no exit interview, no reason required.
If you submitted a moment to the record and want it taken down, email us with enough detail to identify it (the report number, or the wording) — since we don't collect a name or email on that form, that's the only way we can find it.
This site isn't directed at anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Checking back is on you — we won't email you about a policy update.
